What are the costs of obtaining a mortgage loan?

How long does the loan process take?

Usually the loan process takes approximately 30 days. However, on average, Mango Mortgage can close your loan in as little as 3 weeks! If you have a full pre-approval with us before making your offer the process can take even less time. Click the APPLICATION to get started.

How often will I hear from Mango Mortgage throughout my transaction?

We are exceptional with communication, get ready to be best friends with your Mango Mortgage Loan Originator. You’ll receive texts and phone calls often throughout the process so you’re never left wondering what’s happening with your loan. Once under contract, we will provide Loan Status Updates to you and your realtor every week on Tuesday & Friday. That being said, we welcome COMMUNICATION from our clients at any time. 

How long does it take to get pre-approved?

What documentation do I need when refinancing a home?

Similarly like purchasing a home, the following documents are typically all that’s required when refinancing. Depending on your specific situation & type of loan you’re applying for, we may ask you to provide additional items.

          – Photo ID

          – Past two years’ W-2s or 1099s

          – Past two years’ tax returns

          – Past 30 days pay stubs

          – Mortgage Statement


My credit score is low, can I still get approved?
